1. Program Description

Drakoi Group LLC ("Drakoi") offers, at no cost, the Setup and Incubation services described below,

through Drakoi Ignite — our ongoing program to reduce entry barriers for entrepreneurs, applied here to

Amazon End-to-End. These terms apply to the current Founding Client cohort for this program, subject

to the scope defined below.

2. Scope of No-Cost Setup

Covers, for one (1) product and one (1) brand:

• Seller Central store configuration

• Keyword research

• Listing optimization: title, bullet points, description, images (creative direction/brief), basic A+ Content

• Brand Store setup, if the client has Brand Registry

3. Scope of No-Cost Incubation

Covers, for the same product included in Setup, for 4 to 6 months:

• Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaign management (may be

grouped with similar products within the same campaign structure, where applicable)

• FBA inventory monitoring for that product

• Performance and account health reporting

• Strategic guidance

4. What Is Not Included

• Keyword research, listings, photography/video, or campaign management for additional products

beyond the one covered under this program

• Any service from Drakoi's paid product catalog (in development)• Amazon advertising spend: the client is responsible for funding their own campaign budget

5. What's Expected From the Client

• Providing the necessary access to their Seller Central account so Drakoi can operate

• Providing product information, base images, and any required materials within a reasonable time

• Maintaining available inventory so as not to affect campaign eligibility

• Paying Amazon directly for their advertising spend and seller fees

• Responding to Drakoi's recommendations and requests for information within a reasonable time

6. Use of Results

By participating in the program, the client authorizes Drakoi to use the results of its work (performance

data, screenshots, growth figures) as a case study in Drakoi's marketing materials. This authorization is a

condition of the program. A specific written testimonial (a review or quote from the client) is requested, but

not required — the client is not obligated to write a review with specific content.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Drakoi does not guarantee any specific outcome in sales, ranking, or advertising return on investment.

Results depend on multiple factors outside of Drakoi's control (competition, seasonality, product quality,

client decisions, Amazon policies).

8. No Promise of Future Financing

Participation in this program does not constitute a promise or guarantee of future access to financing

(including Merchant Cash Advance or other Drakoi Capital products). Any future financing offer, if

extended, is evaluated independently based on the client's performance and communicated separately.

9. Duration and Program Changes

• The no-cost period lasts 4 to 6 months from the start of Incubation.

• Drakoi may modify or end the Founding Client cohort for this program at any time, with reasonable

notice to active participants.

• The client may leave the program at any time.

• Once the no-cost period ends, the client may continue with Drakoi under the standard pricing model

in effect at that time, with no obligation to continue.

10. Account Ownership

The Seller Central account belongs to the client at all times. Drakoi acts as an authorized administrator

during the program; access may be revoked by the client at any time.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep sensitive business information shared during the relationship (sales data,

strategy, non-public product information) confidential, except as expressly authorized under Section 6.
