Drakoi Support Program — Terms and Conditions + Drakoins Rules (V1)

Effective Date: These terms apply as of their publication on the Drakoi Group website and platform.

0) Key Rules (Summary)

  • Drakoi Support is earned and maintained through demonstrated commitment.

  • Your level cannot be purchased; membership only unlocks benefits once an entrepreneur becomes eligible.

  • Drakoins are not cash and cannot be transferred or redeemed outside the Drakoi ecosystem.


1) Definitions

For the purposes of this document:

Drakoi / Drakoi Group: The company that operates the ecosystem and platform.

Drakoi Support: An exclusive benefit for entrepreneurs who actively participate and demonstrate genuine commitment to their business.

Level: A stage within the Drakoi Support system (Starter, Growth, Pro, Elite).

Membership: A recurring payment that activates level benefits once the entrepreneur becomes eligible.

Drakoi Support Percentage: The percentage of support granted in the form of Drakoins on eligible purchases within the ecosystem (according to the member's level and current rules).

Drakoins: Internal support credits that can be used toward eligible products and services within Drakoi.

Eligible Services: Products and services within the Drakoi ecosystem that either accept Drakoins and/or generate Drakoins, according to the current list available on the platform.


2) Nature of Drakoi Support

Drakoi Support:

  • Is not a scholarship.

  • Is not a financial product.

  • Does not guarantee results.

  • Is a support system provided through benefits, preferential conditions, guidance, and tangible support within the ecosystem.

  • Does not constitute a permanent vested right and remains active only while the entrepreneur meets the applicable requirements and actively participates.


3) Eligibility, Activation, and Active Participation

To access and remain within the Drakoi Support Program, the entrepreneur must:

  • Actively participate in the ecosystem (programs, sessions, and execution activities).

  • Maintain responsible communication and comply with basic agreements.

  • Accept these Terms & Conditions and all current rules published on the platform.

Activation: Drakoi Support becomes active when the entrepreneur is eligible and, when applicable, activates and pays for the corresponding membership.


4) Levels, Minimum Time Requirements, and Memberships (V1)

Core Principle

The level is earned; the membership does not purchase the level.

Minimum Eligibility Periods (V1)

  • Starter: Eligible from day 0 of active participation.

  • Growth: Eligible after 90 days of active participation.

  • Pro: Eligible after 180 days of active participation.

  • Elite: Invitation only, typically after 9–12 months (reference only).

Membership pricing and Drakoi Support percentages (V1): See Appendix A. Drakoi reserves the right to modify them according to Section 12.


5) Reviews, Maintenance, and the 70% Rule

Levels reflect the entrepreneur's current stage.

Drakoi may review progress periodically:

  • Starter: Monthly

  • Growth and Pro: Quarterly

  • Elite: Semi-annually

Operational Rule

A level remains active if the entrepreneur fulfills at least 70% of the criteria for the evaluation period.

5.1 Typical Evaluation Criteria

(a) Execution: Complete at least 70% of agreed-upon actions during the period.

(b) Measurable Progress: Demonstrate growth (for example, 10% monthly growth in a key metric) or clear validation according to the business model.

(c) Basic Financial Awareness: Understand approximate sales, key costs, profitability, and next-period objectives.

(d) Reinvestment: Invest agreed-upon money, time, or resources (for example, 10–20% of revenue or equivalent, when applicable).

(e) Use of Guidance: Attendance, preparation, communication, and participation.

(f) Drakoi Values: Respect, ethics, honesty, and collaboration.


6) Level Adjustments, Pauses, and Reactivation

If commitment decreases, the level may be adjusted to reflect the entrepreneur's actual stage.

Level adjustments are not penalties; they are intended to maintain consistency within the system.

Drakoi may establish improvement periods and reactivation goals.


7) Drakoi Support Percentage and Drakoin Generation

The Drakoi Support Percentage is granted in Drakoins and represents support funded directly by Drakoi within the ecosystem.

7.1 Calculation Base (V1)

Unless otherwise stated on the platform, Drakoins are calculated based on the amount paid for eligible services before taxes and excluding:

  • Membership fees (if excluded by Drakoi)

  • Third-party charges

  • Taxes

  • Chargebacks

  • Refunds

  • Cancellations

7.2 Crediting

Drakoins are credited to the user's wallet within the platform.

Drakoi may establish crediting windows (for example, 24–72 hours or after confirming service delivery).


DRAKOINS RULES (PLATFORM USE)

8) What Drakoins Are (and What They Are Not)

Drakoins:

  • Are not cash.

  • Are not transferable.

  • Can only be used for eligible Drakoi products and services.

  • Do not generate interest.

  • Have no value outside the Drakoi ecosystem.

  • Their availability, rules, and eligibility may change and are displayed on the platform.

Reference Value: The platform will display the applicable value at the time of redemption.

Operational Recommendation: 1 Drakoin = 1 USD in internal platform credit.


9) How to Use Drakoins (Redemption)

Drakoins may be used to pay partially or fully for eligible products and services within Drakoi, subject to:

  • Service availability

  • Eligibility rules

  • Current limits and restrictions

9.1 Redemption Limit per Purchase (Recommended V1)

To maintain sustainability:

  • By default, Drakoi may allow Drakoins to cover up to 50% of the subtotal of an eligible purchase.

  • Some services may allow higher or lower percentages, which will be displayed during checkout.


10) Restrictions and Prohibited Uses

Drakoins may not be:

  • Converted into cash

  • Transferred to another account

  • Sold or exchanged

  • Applied toward taxes or third-party charges

  • Used for non-eligible products

  • Used for fraudulent activities or system manipulation


11) Expiration, Reversals, and Corrections

11.1 Expiration (Recommended V1)

Drakoins may expire 12 months after being credited unless the platform specifies otherwise.

11.2 Reversals

Drakoi may reverse Drakoins if:

  • A refund, cancellation, or chargeback occurs

  • A system error is detected

  • Abuse or fraud is identified

11.3 Errors

Users must report any balance discrepancies within 30 days of the transaction date.


12) Program Changes (Drakoi Support and Drakoins)

To maintain the sustainability of the system, Drakoi may modify:

  • Levels and benefits

  • Eligibility criteria

  • Support percentages

  • Membership pricing

  • Eligible services

  • Redemption limits

  • Expiration policies

  • Operational rules

When reasonably possible, changes will be communicated to active participants and published on the platform.


13) Payments, Cancellation, and Refunds (Memberships)

Memberships are billed according to the selected plan.

Cancellation stops future charges according to the billing cycle.

Unless otherwise stated in writing by Drakoi, refunds are not guaranteed for periods already billed.


14) Misuse and Protective Measures

Drakoi may suspend, limit, or cancel benefits and Drakoins if it detects:

  • Misuse, fraud, or manipulation

  • Conduct harmful to the community

  • Material violations of these Terms & Conditions


15) No Guarantee of Results

Drakoi Support provides guidance and benefits but does not guarantee sales, revenue, profitability, or specific growth outcomes.

Results depend on multiple factors including market conditions, product offering, investment levels, competition, and execution.
