4. Scope of Subsidized Setup / Launch Architecture
When applicable, the subsidized Setup or Launch Architecture is designed to prepare the client’s product, store, or marketplace operation to launch professionally.
Depending on the program and marketplace, this may include:

Title, bullet points, description, attributes, and backend structure, when applicable

5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
a) Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information.
b) Deliver materials, content, approvals, documentation, product information, and other required inputs within reasonable timeframes.
c) Maintain operational availability and respond to Drakoi requests within reasonable periods.
d) Maintain the necessary documentation and requirements to open, validate, and operate seller accounts on Amazon, Mercado Libre, or any applicable platform.
e) Comply with all marketplace policies, third-party terms, legal requirements, tax obligations, and applicable regulations.
f) Maintain responsibility for the accuracy, legality, quality, inventory, pricing, and fulfillment of their products.
6. Estimated Investment and Operational Viability
Any investment amount referenced on the website, in communications, or during the evaluation process is an estimate intended to help determine operational viability.
Such investment may include, depending on the program:

Advertising investment paid to the marketplace or advertising platform

These estimated amounts are not necessarily a single payment to Drakoi Group LLC. They may represent the approximate capital the client should be able to allocate over a period of time to operate with greater viability.
7. Management Fees and Advertising Investment
Strategic management or campaign management fees are charged according to the selected program, plan, or service.
Advertising investment is separate and is the responsibility of the client.
Advertising spend may be paid directly to Amazon, Mercado Libre, Meta, Google, or any other applicable advertising platform.
Drakoi Group LLC may update prices at any time. The applicable price will be the one published on the website or agreed upon at the time of purchase or renewal.
8. Activation Payments and Drakoins
If a candidate is approved for a specific support program, an activation payment may be required.
When stated in the applicable offer, part or all of that activation payment may be credited as Drakoins within the Drakoi platform.
Drakoins are internal Drakoi credits that may be used for eligible purchases within the Drakoi ecosystem, subject to the Drakoins Rules and the policies published on the platform.
Drakoins:

Are not transferable

Are not redeemable for money

Cannot be withdrawn

Cannot be used outside the Drakoi ecosystem

Do not apply to third-party fees or excluded services unless expressly stated
9. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times for Setup or Launch Architecture may vary depending on the service, number of products, marketplace requirements, client response times, and availability of required materials.
As a general reference, Setup may take approximately 15 to 30 business days from complete onboarding.
Delivery timelines may be paused or extended if client materials, approvals, documents, platform access, or third-party validations are delayed.
10. No Guarantee of Results
Drakoi Group LLC does not guarantee sales, rankings, profitability, revenue, marketplace approval, account approval, advertising performance, or specific business results.
Results depend on multiple factors, including:

11. Third-Party Platforms
Amazon, Mercado Libre, Meta, Google, payment processors, logistics providers, and other platforms or providers are independent third parties.
Drakoi Group LLC is not responsible for decisions, policy changes, suspensions, restrictions, account reviews, approval requirements, fee changes, technical failures, or service interruptions caused by third parties.
The client is responsible for complying with all applicable third-party terms, policies, and requirements.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the liability of Drakoi Group LLC shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the client to Drakoi Group LLC for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the month in which the issue occurred.
Drakoi Group LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages.
13. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
Payments are processed through the website, Stripe, PayPal, payment links, or other authorized payment methods.
Services involving execution, setup, creative work, configuration, campaign structure, consulting, or operational work are generally non-refundable once work has started.
Memberships and recurring services may be canceled according to the applicable billing cycle. Unless otherwise stated in writing by Drakoi, payments already processed are not guaranteed to be refunded.
14. Changes to Services, Prices, and Terms
Drakoi Group LLC may update services, pricing, benefits, program rules, eligibility criteria, bonuses, support percentages, and these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The current version will be published on the website or platform.
Continued use of the website, platform, services, or programs after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
