SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY — DRAKOI GROUP LLC

1. Subscription Plans and Recurring Billing

Campaign management services are offered as recurring monthly subscriptions based on the selected plan.

Current standard plans include:

  • Amazon Mexico Management: Four Hundred U.S. Dollars (USD $500) per month

  • Amazon United States Management: Five Hundred U.S. Dollars (USD $500) per month

  • Mercado Libre Mexico Management: Three Hundred U.S. Dollars (USD $500) per month

Additional plans, custom services, or promotional pricing may be available and will be communicated at the time of purchase.


2. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew each month while active.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Drakoi Group LLC to charge the payment method on file at the beginning of each billing cycle unless the subscription is canceled in accordance with this policy.


3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending a request to:

info@drakoigroup.com

Cancellation requests must be received at least three (3) business days before the next renewal date.

Cancellation prevents future charges but does not reverse or refund the current billing period once it has started.

Services already delivered, in progress, or reserved during the active billing cycle remain subject to payment.


4. Price Changes

Drakoi Group LLC may update subscription pricing from time to time.

Any updated pricing will apply beginning with the next billing cycle after the effective date of the change.

The current pricing published on the website at the time of renewal shall govern future subscription charges.

When reasonably possible, subscribers may be notified of material pricing changes through available contact methods.


5. Plan Changes

Clients may request a change between available management plans, including:

  • Amazon Mexico

  • Amazon United States

  • Mercado Libre Mexico

The new subscription price may become effective:

  • At the next billing cycle; or

  • Immediately upon the requested change, depending on the subscription configuration and billing date.


6. Drakoins

Drakoins are internal promotional credits within the Drakoi ecosystem.

Drakoins:

  • Are not cash

  • Are not transferable

  • Cannot be redeemed for money

  • Cannot be withdrawn

  • May only be used for eligible products and services within the Drakoi ecosystem

Any Drakoins received through activation bonuses, cashback programs, memberships, promotions, or Drakoi Support benefits remain subject to the current Drakoins Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation of a subscription does not create any obligation for Drakoi Group LLC to refund Drakoins or convert them into cash.


7. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing by Drakoi Group LLC, monthly management subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.

Because management services involve resource allocation, planning, strategy, and operational support, partial-month refunds are not provided.
