SERVICE DELIVERY POLICY — DRAKOI GROUP LLC

Drakoi Group LLC provides its services through digital channels, including email, shared folders, website dashboards, video calls, project management tools, or any other communication channel agreed upon with the client.
No physical products are shipped as part of the subsidized Setup or Launch Architecture unless expressly agreed in writing.
1. Start of Setup (“Complete Onboarding”)
The Setup process begins once the client has completed onboarding.
For purposes of this policy, Complete Onboarding means that the client has:
a) Been accepted into the applicable Drakoi Support program or service process;
b) Provided the required information, materials, and documentation, including product details, approximate costs, target price, inventory information, product photos or visual assets, and any minimum documentation required to open or operate on Amazon, Mercado Libre, or any applicable marketplace;
c) Completed the initial confirmations, approvals, and access requirements requested by Drakoi Group LLC.
2. Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time for Setup is 15 to 30 business days, counted from the date of Complete Onboarding.
Delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the project, number of products, marketplace requirements, availability of materials, client response times, and third-party validations.
3. Pauses and Extensions
The delivery period may be paused or extended if:

The client does not provide required information, materials, access, or approvals within the requested operational timeframe;

The client takes longer than 24 to 48 hours to respond during active execution stages;

The client requests substantial changes that modify the original scope;

A third-party platform requires additional validation, documentation, or approval;

Any marketplace, supplier, payment processor, logistics provider, or third-party system causes delays outside Drakoi Group LLC’s control.
4. Included Adjustments
The service includes up to two rounds of minor adjustments per deliverable, such as copy, listing content, publication content, or image adjustments, provided that the requested changes remain within the originally agreed scope.
Major changes, additional creative directions, new product information, strategy changes, new visual assets, or requests outside the original scope may require additional time and may be quoted separately.
5. Delivery Method
Final deliverables may be delivered through one or more of the following channels:

Shared folder
-
Website dashboard
-
Seller platform or marketplace account
-
Project management tool
-
Any other digital channel agreed upon with the client
The service will be considered delivered when the applicable deliverables are made available to the client through the agreed delivery channel or implemented directly within the corresponding platform.
6. Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for reviewing deliverables, providing timely feedback, and confirming approvals within the requested timeframe.
Delays caused by missing materials, late approvals, incomplete information, inaccurate data, lack of access, or third-party restrictions may affect the final delivery date.
7. No Physical Shipping
Drakoi Group LLC does not ship physical products as part of the Setup service.
Any product samples, inventory, packaging, logistics, shipment preparation, fulfillment, or physical transportation services are the client’s responsibility unless expressly contracted as a separate service.
