REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY — DRAKOI GROUP LLC

The services offered by Drakoi Group LLC are digital and professional in nature, including consulting, strategy, management, setup, execution, creative work, and business support.

Because these services involve time, planning, resource allocation, and professional execution, refunds may be limited or excluded once work has started or once a service period has begun, subject to applicable law.


1. No Activation Payment Required

At this time, Drakoi Group LLC does not require a separate activation payment to begin the application or evaluation process.

If activation payments, onboarding fees, or special access fees are introduced in the future, the applicable terms will be disclosed before payment is collected.


2. Monthly Management Services

Monthly management services are billed according to the selected plan and the current price published on the website or agreed upon at the time of purchase or renewal.

Monthly management may include, depending on the selected service:

  • Amazon Mexico Management

  • Amazon United States Management

  • Mercado Libre Mexico Management

  • Other marketplace or business management services

Unless required by applicable law or due to a billing error attributable to Drakoi Group LLC, monthly service periods that have already started are non-refundable.


3. Setup, Launch Architecture, and Professional Services

Services such as Setup, Launch Architecture, listing creation, publication development, creative design, campaign structure, consulting, optimization, and other professional services are generally non-refundable once work has started.

This is because these services require professional time, planning, strategy, execution, and resource allocation from the moment the work begins.


4. Subscription Cancellations

If a service is billed as a recurring subscription, the client may cancel future renewals by sending a request to:

Cancellation requests should be submitted at least three (3) business days before the next renewal date.

Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period once it has started.


5. Drakoins

Drakoins may be granted through promotions, cashback, memberships, Drakoi Support benefits, or other eligible activities within the Drakoi ecosystem.

Drakoins:

  • Are not cash

  • Are not transferable

  • Cannot be redeemed for money

  • Cannot be withdrawn

  • May only be used for eligible products and services within the Drakoi ecosystem

Drakoins are subject to the applicable Drakoins Rules and Terms and Conditions published by Drakoi Group LLC.


6. Billing Errors

If you believe there has been a duplicate charge or billing error attributable to Drakoi Group LLC, we will review the case.

If the error is confirmed, Drakoi Group LLC will make the corresponding adjustment, correction, credit, or refund, as applicable.


7. Exceptional Cases

Although services are generally non-refundable once started, Drakoi Group LLC may review exceptional cases where there is a clear operational issue attributable to Drakoi.

Possible solutions may include:

  • Service correction

  • Reprocessing of the deliverable

  • Internal credit

  • Drakoins

  • Extension of service

  • Other reasonable corrective action within the Drakoi ecosystem

Refunds are not the default remedy unless required by law or approved in writing by Drakoi Group LLC.
