Drakoi Ignite for Amazon End-to-End — Terms & Conditions

Version: 1.2
Last Updated: October 27, 2026
Effective Date: November 3, 2026
Program Operator: Drakoi Group LLC

1. Program Overview

Drakoi Ignite is a selective entrepreneurial support initiative within the Drakoi Support Program and the wider Drakoi ecosystem. Its purpose is to help committed business owners overcome practical barriers that may be preventing them from launching or developing their businesses.

Through the Amazon End-to-End program, eligible and approved participants may receive professional Amazon store setup support and six consecutive months of management for one approved product (ASIN), at no professional service charge from Drakoi.

The program is intended for entrepreneurs who demonstrate genuine need, preparation, business commitment, and the willingness to invest their own resources in developing their businesses.

Participation is not automatic. Drakoi evaluates each application individually, and approval is subject to the decision of its evaluation committee.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for Drakoi Ignite for Amazon End-to-End, applicants must:

  • Have a clearly defined product that is appropriate for sale through Amazon.
  • Have available inventory or demonstrate credible readiness to supply the product.
  • Demonstrate that the business is sufficiently prepared and is not merely an unvalidated or improvised idea.
  • Be willing and financially able to pay Amazon-related charges, advertising expenses, inventory costs, shipping, and other third-party expenses.
  • Demonstrate commitment to participating actively and making timely business decisions.
  • Complete an evaluation interview with a Drakoi advisor.
  • Demonstrate a genuine need for the professional support offered by Ignite.
  • Meet applicable Amazon marketplace requirements and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Having a product or completing an interview does not guarantee acceptance.
  • Drakoi Ignite is designed to prioritize applicants for whom access to this support may make a meaningful difference in their ability to launch or progress.

3. Evaluation and Admission

The admission process includes an initial conversation or evaluation interview with a Drakoi advisor, followed by a review by the Drakoi evaluation committee.

The advisor may assess product readiness, inventory availability, business preparedness, financial commitments, entrepreneurial involvement, and the practical need for Drakoi's support.

The committee makes the final admission decision based on the applicant's circumstances, program objectives, operational capacity, and suitability.

Applicants are not required to complete an eligibility application merely to speak with an advisor or ask questions about the program.

Only applicants who voluntarily pursue formal evaluation will be considered for admission.

Acceptance and the approved product and marketplace must be confirmed by Drakoi in writing. Each approved participant will be assigned a personal advisor as their primary operational contact throughout setup and the approved management period. The advisor coordinates the onboarding process, documents required actions, follows up on commitments, and communicates program notices. Admission and termination decisions remain with Drakoi’s evaluation committee, not the personal advisor acting alone.

After committee approval, Drakoi will send an individualized electronic Acceptance Letter identifying the participant, business, approved marketplace, approved product and ASIN (or a documented product identifier if an ASIN does not yet exist), approved no-fee scope, excluded costs, and assigned advisor. The participant will have ten (10) business days from documented receipt to sign the Acceptance Letter and expressly accept these Terms through a verifiable electronic process. If the signed acceptance is not received within that period, Drakoi may withdraw the offer after providing written notice and may reassess program capacity; this is not a penalty. No services will begin until the applicable acceptance documentation is completed and acknowledged by Drakoi.

4. Scope of the No-Cost Benefit

Approved participants receive the following professional services for one eligible and approved ASIN:

A. Professional Amazon Setup

Depending on the needs of the approved product, applicable permissions, and Amazon's requirements, Drakoi may assist with:

  • Guidance through the Amazon seller account registration and configuration process.
  • Product listing creation or optimization.
  • Product title, bullet points, descriptions, and relevant listing attributes.
  • Keyword research and content optimization.
  • Product image review, coordination, and listing preparation.
  • A+ Content when the seller and brand are eligible and the required materials are available.
  • Assistance with eligible brand-related Amazon processes where appropriate.
  • Preparation of the relevant fulfillment configuration.
  • Guidance on initial inventory shipment or fulfillment procedures.
  • Drakoi's professional support does not replace the applicant's responsibility to meet Amazon's legal, financial, documentation, registration, and account verification requirements.

B. Six Months of Product and Advertising Management

For the approved ASIN, Drakoi may provide:

  • Advertising campaign planning and setup.
  • Keyword and search-term research.
  • Sponsored advertising campaign management, including applicable targeting and bid adjustments.
  • Monitoring of advertising spending and performance indicators.
  • Recommendations concerning product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
  • Campaign and listing optimization proposals.
  • Guidance for FBA inventory workflows and coordination of Amazon-related shipment information.
  • Support for seller communications, buyer inquiries, and account issues within the scope of the approved service.
  • Weekly performance reporting and recommendations.
  • A monthly 30-minute business review meeting.

Advertising formats and optimization activities will depend on marketplace eligibility, product performance, available information, and the participant's approved budget.

5. Services and Expenses Not Included

The benefit does not include payment of expenses charged by Amazon, independent service providers, logistics companies, governmental authorities, or other third parties.

Participants remain responsible for:

  • Product sourcing, production, and inventory.
  • Amazon seller subscription and referral fees.
  • Advertising expenditures.
  • Fulfillment, storage, shipping, packaging, labeling, and applicable logistics charges.
  • Applicable taxes, duties, and other statutory obligations.
  • Brand registration fees and intellectual property matters.
  • Licenses, permits, certifications, and regulatory approvals.
  • Governmental registrations or tax filings.
  • Banking arrangements and payment methods.
  • Professional photography, design, content production, or other external services unless expressly included in the individual approval.
  • Other costs required to operate their businesses or maintain Amazon eligibility.

Drakoi does not obtain governmental permits, perform tax registrations, register trademarks with intellectual property authorities, or open bank accounts on behalf of participants under this benefit.

Drakoi may provide guidance concerning these requirements, but completion and payment remain the participant's responsibility.

6. Duration of the No-Cost Management Period

The no-cost management period lasts six consecutive months.

The six-month period begins when Drakoi launches the first advertising campaigns for the approved ASIN, rather than on the date of admission or the beginning of initial setup work.

The starting date must be documented and communicated to the participant.

Once the period begins, it ordinarily continues without interruption, even if the participant temporarily stops advertising, experiences inventory problems, or delays business decisions.

Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed individually by Drakoi. Any authorized pause or extension must be expressly confirmed in writing.

A pause or extension is not automatic.

7. Participant Responsibilities

Participants must cooperate actively with Drakoi from the beginning of setup work through the six-month management period and the documented completion of their participation. Their assigned personal advisor is the primary channel for operational follow-up and communications.

Their responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining sufficient funds for approved advertising and required Amazon charges.
  • Maintaining appropriate inventory availability and fulfillment capabilities.
  • Preparing, labeling, packing, and physically delivering inventory when required.
  • Providing accurate product, operational, financial, and regulatory information.
  • Responding to requests for information, documentation, or decisions within reasonable timeframes.
  • Attending agreed review meetings and maintaining communication with the assigned advisor.
  • Reviewing Drakoi's recommendations and approving or declining proposed business actions.
  • Providing information needed to respond to Amazon or customers when the circumstances require the seller's direct input.
  • Maintaining access to the seller account and complying with Amazon policies.
  • Acting lawfully, honestly, and responsibly.
  • Participants remain responsible for the business, their products, and their obligations as Amazon sellers.

8. Business Decisions and Authorization

The participant retains final authority over business decisions.

Drakoi serves as a professional advisory and execution team, not as the business owner or an independent decision-maker.

Drakoi will present recommendations and obtain the participant's authorization before implementing proposed changes involving:

  • Product prices.
  • Advertising budgets.
  • Discounts, promotions, or coupons.
  • Inventory commitments.
  • Product content, listing images, titles, descriptions, or other material commercial changes.
  • Other decisions that affect the participant's expenses, commercial positioning, or operational obligations.
  • Routine execution and monitoring within previously approved plans and budgets may be performed in accordance with the permissions expressly granted to Drakoi.
  • Decisions requiring additional spending or changes outside the approved scope must receive new authorization.

9. Advertising Investment

The participant determines and funds the advertising budget.

Drakoi may recommend an initial reference budget of approximately USD $10 per day, or the equivalent in the relevant local currency, depending on the marketplace.

This amount is a nonbinding planning reference, not a universal mandatory minimum or a guarantee of campaign sufficiency or product validation. The participant must make available sufficient funds to execute the advertising plan that the participant expressly approves.

The budget required to obtain meaningful market evidence may vary by product category, competition, pricing, and other market conditions.

Drakoi will explain its recommendation, and the participant will decide whether to authorize the investment.

10. Monitoring, Reporting, and Commercial Validation

Drakoi will provide weekly performance information and recommendations during the management period.

Reports may include, when available and relevant:

  • Sales and order trends.
  • Advertising expenditures and campaign results.
  • Impressions, clicks, conversion indicators, and advertising efficiency.
  • Product listing performance.
  • Relevant keyword and search-term observations.
  • Inventory and fulfillment considerations.
  • Identified commercial opportunities, risks, and recommended actions.

Participants will also receive a monthly 30-minute review meeting.

When urgent circumstances arise, Drakoi may contact the participant outside the regular reporting schedule.

At the conclusion of the management period, Drakoi will prepare a Commercial Validation Report summarizing the evidence collected, relevant findings, actions taken, and recommendations for the next business stage.

Reports and dashboard availability depend on the data accessible through Amazon and the tools used for program delivery.

11. Cooperation, Warnings, Suspension, and Early Termination

Continued participation requires reasonable cooperation, truthful information, timely decisions, sufficient resources for the approved plan, and compliance with the commitments described in these Terms. Drakoi’s assigned personal advisor will document relevant facts, requests, communications, and evidence in the participant’s program file.

11.1 Correctable Noncompliance

For correctable failures such as repeated delays in supplying necessary documentation, responding to decisions, maintaining agreed inventory or funds, or attending scheduled reviews, Drakoi will ordinarily follow this graduated procedure:

  1. First written notice: the personal advisor identifies the specific issue, the corrective action required, and provides five (5) business days from documented receipt of the notice to correct it.
  2. Second written notice: if the issue remains unresolved, Drakoi provides a second written notice, a further five (5) business days from documented receipt to correct it, and a clear explanation of potential consequences.
  3. Committee review: if the participant does not correct the issue, the evaluation committee reviews the documentary record, any explanation or evidence submitted by the participant, and the operational impact. The committee may authorize an exceptional extension, a justified suspension, or early termination of the no-fee benefit.
  4. Written resolution: Drakoi informs the participant in writing of the decision, the reasons, effective date, and any reasonable steps to regularize or conclude services.

A business day means Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal public holidays, unless the Acceptance Letter expressly establishes another applicable calendar. The participant may respond and provide supporting information before the committee decides. Drakoi may agree in writing to reasonable accommodations or an extension based on the circumstances.

11.2 Serious Misconduct and Protective Action

Where reasonably supported by available evidence, Drakoi may immediately restrict access or suspend affected activities to address suspected fraud, falsified or deliberately manipulated information, unlawful or prohibited products, serious violations of Amazon policies (including deliberate review or order manipulation), unauthorized account access, serious security threats, intentional abuse or unauthorized transfer of program benefits, threats, harassment or violence against personnel, or material unlawful activity connected with the supported business.

Immediate protective suspension is not an automatic final expulsion. Drakoi will document the grounds, notify the participant as soon as reasonably practicable without compromising safety or lawful investigations, provide an opportunity to respond where appropriate, and submit the matter for committee review. Proven serious misconduct may result in termination without the two-notice correction process where correction cannot reasonably address the risk or violation, subject to applicable law.

11.3 Operational Interruption

Temporary inventory shortages, listing restrictions, or Amazon account problems do not, by themselves, establish misconduct. Drakoi will assess their causes and whether the approved activities can continue. A suspension does not automatically pause or extend the six consecutive months described in Section 6; any exception must be expressly approved in writing.

11.4 Protections and Consequences

Low sales, unfavorable advertising results, or failure to reach expected commercial outcomes are not, by themselves, grounds for termination. A participant may decline a Drakoi recommendation without automatically losing program eligibility, provided the participant continues to meet contractual obligations and authorizes the resources needed for agreed work. Drakoi may explain in writing when the participant’s decisions prevent particular activities from being performed.

On early termination, Drakoi will communicate the effective date, coordinate the conclusion of activities and access permissions, and provide a reasonable summary of work completed and pending operational matters. The participant retains control of the Amazon seller account, subject to applicable Amazon terms. Drakoi will not retroactively charge professional fees that were expressly subsidized under Ignite. Third-party charges or independently agreed paid services remain governed by their respective terms.

11.5. Third-Party Platform Decisions and Events Beyond Drakoi's Control

Drakoi Ignite for Amazon End-to-End relies on third-party platforms, systems, services, and decisions, including those of Amazon and its affiliated service providers.

Drakoi does not control Amazon's approval processes, seller account decisions, product eligibility determinations, listing restrictions, advertising permissions, fulfillment policies, or changes to marketplace requirements.

Events beyond Drakoi's reasonable control may include, without limitation:

  • Rejection, suspension, restriction, or removal of an approved product or ASIN.

  • Suspension, deactivation, restriction, or permanent closure of an Amazon seller account.

  • Rejection of seller verification, documentation, certifications, or required authorizations.

  • Changes to Amazon policies, marketplace eligibility requirements, advertising restrictions, or fulfillment conditions.

  • Interruptions, technical failures, or access restrictions affecting essential third-party systems.

  • Other third-party decisions or circumstances that materially prevent Drakoi from performing the approved services.

Where such circumstances occur without breach, negligence, or misconduct by Drakoi, Drakoi shall not be responsible for Amazon's independent decisions or for delays, interruptions, or inability to perform services directly resulting from those circumstances, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Drakoi will notify the participant in writing within a reasonable period after becoming aware of a material impediment, explain its effect on the approved services, and, where reasonably practicable, identify available alternatives or corrective actions.

Depending on the circumstances, Drakoi may:

  1. Continue performing unaffected services within the approved scope.

  2. Assist the participant in evaluating available corrective measures, appeals, or alternative operational approaches, without guaranteeing their success.

  3. Temporarily suspend activities that cannot reasonably or lawfully be performed.

  4. Refer the matter to the Drakoi evaluation committee for a documented decision regarding continuation or early termination of the no-fee benefit.

Drakoi is not obligated to obtain Amazon's approval, overturn platform decisions, replace the approved ASIN, establish a new seller account, or provide additional products or services without a separate written agreement.

If the six-month management period has already commenced, an interruption caused by an independent third-party decision shall not automatically pause, restart, or extend that period. Any exceptional adjustment must be expressly approved in writing.

If the impediment occurs before the first advertising campaigns are launched, the six-month management period shall not be deemed to have commenced. The parties may evaluate whether the approved setup can reasonably continue or whether the program participation must be concluded.

A material and sustained impossibility of performing the approved services may justify early termination following a documented review and written notice to the participant.

This provision does not excuse Drakoi from obligations it can reasonably perform, nor does it limit liability for Drakoi's own negligence, misconduct, contractual breach, or rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

12. Product Changes and Additional ASINs

The no-cost benefit applies exclusively to one approved ASIN.

It does not extend to additional products, replacement products, or subsequent launches. Any additional ASIN and all services required for it must be separately quoted, accepted, contracted, and paid for under the applicable terms. No second ASIN receives an automatic no-fee benefit.

If commercial results suggest that the initial product is unsuitable, Drakoi may recommend changes or the evaluation of another product.

Any additional assistance, preferential terms, or no-cost support for a replacement product requires a separate decision by Drakoi.

Prior participation does not establish an entitlement to another complete complimentary setup or management period.

13. Completion and Participant Deliverables

At the end of the management period, the assigned advisor will document the completion of the benefit, provide a final service and access summary, and coordinate delivery of the Commercial Validation Report. The participant retains ownership and control of their Amazon seller account, products, inventory, and business information, subject to Amazon's platform terms and any applicable third-party rights.

Drakoi will provide the reports and business recommendations generated under the program, along with a final summary of relevant product and advertising findings.

The participant may continue operating the account independently.

Any ongoing access to dashboards, third-party tools, licensed materials, or proprietary Drakoi systems is subject to their respective service and access conditions.

14. Review for Acceleration

Participation in Ignite does not guarantee admission to Drakoi's Acceleration phase.

The evaluation committee may review the participant's business performance, product evidence, financial and operational readiness, execution, and demonstrated commitment.

Depending on the outcome, Drakoi may propose access to additional services, specialized support, financing opportunities, or other resources within the Drakoi ecosystem.

Such opportunities are subject to separate eligibility, availability, approval, and applicable commercial terms.

15. Optional Paid Continuation

After the six-month no-cost management period, the participant may:

  • Continue independently.
  • Request evaluation for Acceleration.
  • Contract separately for ongoing Amazon management or other Drakoi services.

Ongoing professional management is not included automatically beyond the approved no-cost term.

Any subsequent paid services will be governed by the prices, scope, and contractual conditions presented and accepted at that time.

16. Voluntary Withdrawal

Participants may voluntarily withdraw from Drakoi Ignite for Amazon End-to-End at any time, without program withdrawal penalty or retroactive charge for the professional fees subsidized by Drakoi, by sending a written email request to:

amz@drakoigroup.com

The assigned advisor will acknowledge the request in writing and coordinate the conclusion of activities and applicable access permissions. Withdrawal does not require committee approval to become effective, though reasonable steps may be needed to wind down ongoing work safely.

Withdrawal does not automatically eliminate outstanding obligations to Amazon, vendors, carriers, governmental authorities, or other third parties.

Previously incurred third-party expenses remain the responsibility of the participant.

17. Publicity, Testimonials, and Case Studies

Participation in the program does not automatically grant Drakoi permission to publish the participant's identity, business information, financial results, images, or testimonials.

Any publication of an identifiable case study or participant-specific commercial results requires separate express authorization identifying the permitted materials and uses.

Refusing promotional authorization will not affect eligibility for the program.

Drakoi may describe general program activities and anonymized results when permitted by applicable law and without improperly disclosing confidential or personal information.

18. No Guarantee of Results

Drakoi provides professional services, guidance, execution support, and an opportunity to obtain commercial evidence.

Drakoi does not guarantee sales, profitability, advertising performance, product-market fit, Amazon approval, ranking, reviews, financing, or admission to Acceleration.

Commercial results depend on factors including product suitability, competition, pricing, customer demand, inventory, market conditions, advertising investment, and participant decisions.

The program's objective is to help participants launch, learn, evaluate, and make more informed business decisions.

19. Relationship to Other Drakoi Policies

These Terms specifically govern the Drakoi Ignite benefit offered within Amazon End-to-End.

Other services, memberships, Drakoins, subscriptions, and products may be governed by separate terms and conditions.

Participation in Ignite does not automatically confer paid membership benefits, Drakoins, cashback, or any other reward or entitlement unrelated to the expressly approved Amazon End-to-End support. Any separate support award or reward requires its own eligibility criteria and written confirmation.

Where a separate written participation agreement or service-specific addendum applies, the relationship between documents will be determined by their expressly stated scope and order of precedence.

20. Changes, Privacy, and Contact

Drakoi may revise the program for operational, legal, or commercial reasons, subject to applicable law and existing contractual obligations.

Material changes affecting approved participants will be communicated in an appropriate manner. Changes will not retroactively eliminate accrued contractual rights where prohibited by law.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with Drakoi's applicable Privacy Policy.
