What Is the Drakoi Support Program?

What Is the Drakoi Support Percentage?
It is the support Drakoi allocates from its own resources to help you grow within the ecosystem. This support is delivered in Drakoins so you can reinvest it in your growth.
What Are Drakoins?
Drakoins are an internal support credit within Drakoi. They are not cash, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and may only be used toward eligible products and services within the Drakoi ecosystem.
How Are Drakoins Generated and Credited?
Drakoins are generated based on the Drakoi Support Percentage assigned to your tier and applied to eligible purchases, subject to current program terms. They may take up to 72 hours to be credited after payment or service delivery has been confirmed, or as indicated by the platform.
How Are Drakoins Used?
You may use Drakoins to pay, in whole or in part, for eligible products and services within Drakoi. At checkout, your available balance and the maximum applicable amount for each service will be displayed.
Limits, Expiration, and Reversals
Recommended redemption limit: up to 50% of the subtotal on an eligible purchase, unless exceptions are displayed on the platform.
Recommended expiration period: 12 months from the date Drakoins are credited, unless the platform indicates a different policy.
Drakoi may reverse Drakoins in cases of refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, errors, or misuse.
How Is Your Tier Maintained?
Tiers are reviewed by period: Starter monthly, Growth and Pro quarterly, and Elite semiannually.
As an operating rule, a tier is maintained by meeting at least 70% of the criteria for the period, including execution, progress, agreed reinvestment, responsible use of guidance, and values.
No Guarantee of Results
The Drakoi Support Program provides support and guidance, but does not guarantee sales, revenue, profitability, or specific growth results. Outcomes depend on multiple factors, including the entrepreneur’s execution.
Changes to the Program
To keep the system sustainable, Drakoi may adjust:
- Tiers, benefits, and criteria
- Support percentages
- Membership pricing
- Eligible services
- Redemption limits, expiration periods, and operating rules
When reasonable, changes will be communicated to active participants and published on the platform.
